Built for runners, by a runner

RUNREPORT helps runners track fueling with purpose.

RUNREPORT is an app created for runners who want a clearer way to log fueling, training context, and how they feel before and after key efforts.

The long-term goal is to use the data collected over time for analysis that may offer insight into the relationship between symptoms, training, and diet. The project is exploratory and informational, with a focus on helping runners reflect on their own patterns.

What RUNREPORT is for

RUNREPORT is centered on one practical question: what happens when fueling, training load, and race-day symptoms are tracked together instead of separately?

  • Track meals, snacks, hydration, and timing around runs and races.
  • Record workouts, training intensity, and notes that add helpful context.
  • Capture symptoms and observations in one place for personal reflection.

Why this project exists

RUNREPORT is being developed by a competitive high-school runner who deals with similar dietary issues on race day and wants to build hopeful potential solutions for other runners facing the same uncertainty.

That lived experience shapes the app’s focus: simple logging, honest reflection, and a better way to learn from what happens across training and competition.

Exploratory, not medical

RUNREPORT does not make medical claims and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is an exploratory tool intended to organize information and support pattern awareness over time.

Any future insights are meant to be informative and reflective, helping runners ask better questions about their routines, habits, and experiences.

Next step: watch the project grow

As RUNREPORT develops, the goal is to refine tracking, learn from collected data responsibly, and make it easier for runners to notice meaningful connections between training, fueling, and symptoms.
